This is a beautiful residency and is reserved for seniors of 50 years plus, it is located on the relaxing side of the River Nile on the West Bank of  Luxor in Egypt All our staff speak French and English naturally, and are happy to help you.

 

Our clean tastefully decorated and fully furnished Apartments can be rented for a minimum period of six months or one years stay. So if you would like to enjoy the winter months in comfort and sunshine look no further !

Free stay for the person accompanying seniors (group leader, head of retreat association, instructor, travel organizer for seniors, mutual guide, etc.) for a minimum of 4 people.

Recently Many people have contacted us and asked if shorter stays could be done?  Normally we would prefer Long term stays but because of the short term interest we have made the decision internally to offer short term stays at the following rates : 1 week stay at 78 Euros per day. 2 weeks stay at 55 Euros per day. One month or more more 38 Euros per day. If you are sharing your apartment or room with a guest they will be charged at the rate of an extra 20 Euros per day - These prices are inclusive of meals & activities

 

 A Welcome gift for short term stays (Minimum of 2 weeks) in our Apartments at the Nile Residency Club we are offering a selection of free visits to the Temples or Tombs on the West Bank with a meal at a local restaurant

 

Our Apartments :

 

First we have the studios in-suite, 1 Bedroom Apartments & 2 Bedroom apartments

 

If you are accompanied .. At that time ... It is necessary to count 20 € extra per day per person

for all services and activities All inclusive ....

Pets are also considered to offer comfort and love,

and we realize that a few of our guests would probably

not like to be parted from their pets, so we allow

1 small pet per apartment ( A Dog, Cat, or bird). If people
